On bitcoin platforms you can create situations where everyone wins, because there is money involved.
On traditional media platforms, the only thing involved is attention. So you're very limited in how you can interact with your audience, and them with u.
Sure! Look at my last Twetch. Everyone who commented made more money than the spent. Everyone that branched has a chance to win a valuable token, and be etched into a very exciting piece of bitcoin culture.
