I read this a few years ago. Volume 1 is actually pretty good. Vol.2 is okay, and Vol 3 is where all the problems started

ETH is new BTC. Another form of digital gold or something. All altcoins that try to scale will end up as this digital (shit) gold. Or just end up as digital lead
Imagine doing twetch on BTC or ETH. We would be broke by now
no, it's not as simple as a pill. it's more of a technology, combination of different factors. doesn't exist yet, but has a great chance of becoming reality. google Aubrey de Grey for example for more info
I'm going to check it. People are actually working to obsolete aging, you know.
unfortunately, that's kinda the future for most people regardless (since 90%+ of jobs will be replaced by robots anyways). UBI might just help some to get over it, and others to find better and more meaningful life
also, UCH is regulated (as usual, in a bad way). landlords or grocery are not. they will compete, thus, they aren't motivated to rase price. It might go up, and people will switch to better rents of higher food quality, which is good.
UHC is completely different. They mandate procedures.. UBI is simple. You just pay, and don't care how people use it. If they buy drugs, then fck them. If people violate law, this money can be used to pay penalties (which in turn discourage bad behavior)
i'm not communist. quite the opposite. anyways, if basic rises, then people can move to cheaper states (or find a job if they want to stay). if they can't or not willing to work, then move to a shed in Utah, play PS4 and live almost for free there.
100% agree. I guess most people would, but you can't help everyone. Charity or church pick and chose. Meaning some people get it, others don't. UBI is more fair. Everyone gets it. Again, that shouldn't be much, but should be just enough to cover basic needs
Many people say it these days (to defund police). Lost in all these replies. Anyways, (nation) states need to exist for us to have such utility as public police for example. There is no other way to get fair and equal justice.
It's extremely hard (impossible) to measure merits. You'll end up with another bureaucracy for that. Give a few hundred a month to everyone (based on economy level). To most people that few hundred won't change life, but to others it will be life saving.
Max Keiser doesn't deserve his money. Do not convince him to switch to BSV (or even to just abandon BTC). Let him stay to the very end. He deserve to go down with his ship
Maybe we won't need roads, but we'll need courts, police, army, etc. (at least for some time). I wish we could kinda game save, defund police for example, and see how it runs. then load and learn not to do it ever again.
No, it's impossible to solve wealth gap. Nor do we need to. But we can solve life satisfaction gap. If your basic needs aren't covered, then you will never be able to get up. UBI is a tool to pull you up to some human level. Moving further up is on you
Good words, but it is a little deeper than that. You have to pay tax, like it or not. That is taken away from you with you agreement or without. And in modern world, I can't imagine a society without taxes, unfortunately. Overall,I do agree with your spirit
No, government only needed for things that cannot be done any other useful way. It's called Minarchy. How can you do policing for example? Private police? Volunteers? Mercenaries?
Ok, start over. The world is B+ (way better then ever been before). Can still be improved, via evolution, not revolution. UBI is this kind of evolution. We can't make everyone a millionaire, but If anyone still starve in 2020, we can fix it with UBI.
I used to think the same, but say people with disabilities just can't fulfill their basic needs without some help. The government does it very inefficiently, but it doesn't mean it's a bad idea overall. Basic income for all would fix it if done properly
Buy COVID stocks. That grows pretty fast. Otherwise, your question has no answer. words 'guaranteed' and 'investing' are mutually exclusive
I remember when ETH people made (fair) fun of BTC high transaction fees. Today:
BTC network fee $0.56
ETH network fee $0.72
BSV network fee $0.002
(that's per atomic wallet, exodus fee is even higher for some reason)
haha.. post more here. post something interesting, and will earn some extra cash on top of $6 a day 😁
Did anyone try to post a video on blockchain yet?
Sad for Peru. I saw people there carrying box of water for miles to sell to tourists for $1. People build a portion of a house, and leave it for years instead of chipping in and build faster. Find a way to make it more efficient and you'll be rich
Crap. BSV moves up. Someone promised me it will go down to $5. It didn't, and I missed my chance to pile up. Shame on you BSV buyers
Welcome aboard Aviwkila
oh, I really hope it goes to $5 so I could pile up :)
people hate Bill Gates, and use windows. people hate Bezos but shop on amazon. people hated Jobs, but used iPhone.. and of course, anyone can bitch about CSW, and pay with BSV to do so :)
Almost everybody sees BTC flaws and switches to Etherium by now. I wonder how long would it take them to figure out ETH flaws and switch again?
