Next hint from @9696 was a picture of a fork, the same picture used by Mike Hearn in his article about forks from 2015.

This gives reason to believe that @9696 is aware of the causes of the subsequent forks and the litigation going on underneath .

The photo makes you think, why would he discourage an investment he made himself? Maybe it wasn't such an obvious investment.

Perhaps this is the time in which TESLA made the transaction. I realize that this happened through the OTC desk, nevertheless want to bring it to your attention.

In my opinion, TESLA did not specify in its quarterly report what exactly is covered by the term "bitcoin". At no point does the report include a definition of bitcoin or at least an indication of the ticker. I believe this is an intentional misstatement.
