Amazing! Thank you very much! Yes, health and nature is really the most important to me, I see people suffering around me everywhere when they don't have to. My family don't listen to me, they just eat garbage all the time and they all have all sorts of problems and are always sick, not to mention they take big pharma medication and all got the covid jab despite my clear warning and insistence to them not to. As for me, i can't imagine disrespecting my body so much, I thrive on feeling good and being fit and healthy and trusting in my amazing body and nature.

Thats amazing, I love the Thunderbirds, F-16s! Have to admit they could be better as they fly a little closer in more demanding manoeuvres. Never had the chance to see them but have seen the F-18s USA team! I might have aome pictures and post them.

Awesome, I missed the 90s as we lived abroad then, but when I came back in early 2000s is when I got into it, but only stuck to local raves and London. I only started going to festivals last year and got a free ticket for Boom town, as commercial as it is I might go and hope to catch some good old jungle and dnb.

Am I correct in saying the body can't produce Vitamin D the sunshine without cholesterol? I spend a lot of time in the sun, last 6 months 6-10 hours a day in direct hot sun, just shorts. I also eat clean, and a lot of good quality meat (ruminant only) and plenty of fat, never use sunscreen, never burn, feel so good, never get sick. And of course always in the sea for fun, exercise and health, I gave up working my 9-5 office job last year to spend a whole year on the beach and I feel so good, I don't know if i can go back, and am thinking of taking up kite surfing professionally instead of a corporate job. My health and feeling good all the time is everything to me now, no money can change my connection to nature and the sea, we built for it.
