The men who are not interested in philosophy need it most urgently: they are most helplessly in its power. They absorb its principles from the cultural atmosphere around them--from schools, colleges, books, magazines, newspapers, movies, television, etc.
Get good at swimming on your back first. Find the minimum movements you have to do, to not start sinking while swimming on your back.
Any point in space is how The Universe expresses itself then & there, you could be talking about matter composing life, matter composing rocks, stars, vast empty vacuum. Different faces of the same thing - universe. It is alive.
I am my consciousness.
The thing is that it is not this body that is aware, it is the universe.
Being separate from the universe is an illusion.
Your brain belongs to the universe, it is made out of it.
You are the universe.
The universe just has this one tiny issue of its consciousness being sharded into millions of separate brains. That is until telepathy becomes a thing and a different understanding of being everywhere emerges from that experience.
Many aspects of the functioning of my body do not appear in consciousness.
Can you tell, just from your experience, that your brain has millions of nourons?
Many aspects of the functioning of my body do not appear in consciousness. Can you tell, just from your experience, that your brain has millions of neurons?
Is sleeping actually telepathy?
Super low-IQ telepathy?
God == The Universe. They are the same thing.

"Zen is a liberation from time. For if we open our eyes and see clearly, it becomes obvious that there is no other time than this instant, and that the past and the future are abstractions without any concrete reality."
