I dont know the market well in the UK but in canada you need to take on a million dollar mortgage to even afford the most basic home. That will ruin people if the market tanks or their income is slashed. Not sure real estate is a good bet at the moment.

Yes no kidding espeically about the world part. Who knows what will have value in the future. That said i actually do think bsv is the better investment seeing as it still hasnt inflated.
