It may seem like a niche demographic right now, but that will quickly change. Walmart is already using DLT to track their stock deliveries. That's all well and good within the Walmart ecosystem, but what I'm talking about is for the globe.
The tokens represent the item and contract terms pertaining to the item. It allows the details of the contract to be stored on an immutable and secure blockchain. That will keep all parties honest in the exchange of the physical product.
It can be marketed to any business that has a need for inventory management, e.g. tracking items, quantity, materials used, history, images, etc. Corresponding QR codes would allow for easy wholesale purchasing and sales.
It's the ultimate inventory management system for retailers and wholesale. All the key components are there: An image of the item, the quantity available, the price, terms of sale (tax, shipping, returns accepted or not, etc.).
The smart contract can allow issuance according to the number on hand or as stock increases, and purchasers are bound by the terms in the contract.

Would be a great alternative to Patreon chat or Discord integration. Supporters/members pay for the perk of joining chat. I could also see this as a tiered system whereby there are different levels of chat access, e.g. community, moderator, VIP, etc.
