These guys make really good systems. Small 3 and 5 stage under the sinks models and whole house. I recommend these for clients but I would test my water first. It is super cheap and will save $ to know what isn't needed.

We are right on the balance point where the shorts either give in or take over. No more flat line. A big move is likely but direction is unknown to me. If we close the week here or higher it looks great. Lower and it's trouble.

I had to once. I had to go inside in person to initiate a large wire transfer. It was for a real estate purchase so I had to show up in person. Actually glad they made me. I would worry if people were allowed to initiate huge transfers over the phone

Inventory is SO LOW here. Anything low to moderate and priced correctly is multiple offer and sometimes dozens. I have said 100 times...commercial, 2nd homes, high priced and large cities will suffer. Everything else is a good buy. Number go UP

Nobody here will take certified funds. All attorneys here require wired funds. The new scam is "perfect" printed fake certified checks. You can NOT tell the difference.
