AFAIK an Actor Model implementation for Bitcoin has yet not been created..

Then simply read the tape to replay the game as it happens?

But I would also consider this a POC placeholder that should be relying on Bitcoin transactions created as the boilerplate messaging construct in an Actor Model framework.
