Okay so here is the beta of the analytics dashboard I am building… still working on more granularity, better data source (hopefully), etc. Feedback welcome! Note the first time you adjust the collection name it takes a while to load… after it should be quicker as you have reserved compute space.
Oh and some of the weird items that don't have a rarity (Taco, Vax, etc.) are breaking the code so I still need to build a fix for that.

Of the 806 Rare Sirloins sold post-mint… 74 have sold for below the mint cost. Only 1 was Uncommon, the rest were Common. The last sale below mint was Dec 28 2022.

Volume huge on mint day and then drifted off sense with a slight pickup over the last few days. This will be cool to revisit post-Lizard mint.
However…. there is a TON of outlier data for the sale price based on Rarity… so the rank is still very important and a good indicator of the sale price… there is a lot of wiggle room.
Well I will see what other interesting metrics I can calculate… unfortunately I don't have the specific traits of each item else the analysis could be super interesting. (Calculating marginal BSV value add associated with a specific trait etc..) Maybe @0 will come out with an API for that one day.
