In the UK we are currently doing this ‘clap for the NHS’ thing every week, basically to show appreciation towards nhs workers.
What if Twetch featured a ‘tap for NHS’ button and a micropayment gets donated to health service.
One idea, still thinking...

Good idea.
I think it needs to be something that capitalises on the utility of bitcoin, for example the activity couldn’t happen without using Bitcoin’s advantages.
