Error typing it was $1,027.75 and the max you can sell otc on relay is $1000 so it cost me $27.75 to sell

It amazes me that we can have something so special as bitcoin and the people who are building on top of it are not helping assist it’s early users who refer ppl to their service/platform... 24hrs of madness and only 1 email response regarding missing money

Update: only money button has assisted in trying to help me to find my funds. Relayx has yet to respond or acknowledge the issue when it was all done from relayx site

I sent usdc. I did a sell order of BSV on relayx for usdc to send to my coinbase. When I paid with relayx option my money showed up but the funds I paid with the money button option on relay x haven’t shown up yet

Any help is appreciated not sure what the issue is. I did a sell order on otc.relayx.io for USDC and to send to my cb wallet. Paid with my my acct. my other transactions were paid with my relayx acct and went through.
