some of the transactions are plaintext, but not in any of the open formats, others are encrypted or otherwise obscured or not present, nobody knows how to decode them

you can pay 500 sat/kb on most services as that's the going rate, for instance blockpost.network or bico.media-- only place i know to get 250 sat/kb so far w/o a private agreement w/a miner is apparently that's the rate available through the easyb cli tool
