Narratives are powerful.
A well-crafted narrative will have you hating people you never met, rejecting ideas you never analyzed, and loving things that never earned your loyalty.
We're more led by stories ABOUT facts than by facts themselves.
What the world, and the Church, needs, is less bureaucracy and more autonomy. That is why the Traditionalists have always focused on formation of the individual conscience--a reasonably principled way of life. This forms the basis for self-governance.
The purpose is centralized control of authority. For all its problems, even the Catholic Church has a better approach whereby bishops oversee their respective territories. But, even they have centralized nationally under the auspices of "conferences".
Don't buy senators. Run for senate yourself. Buying people off perpetuates everything that is wrong with government today. Don't join them, beat them!

Think Energy Medicine, nature first, organic over man made. Put in your body only things that the body knows how to process. If you put in fake foods then you're inviting disease. Do you eat food or do you eat food products? You are what you eat.

The idea that we have the power or ability in and of ourselves to come to such a realization is what I contest. What we think is informed by our senses or thru teaching. It is possible to move beyond senses, but only because someone else showed us the way.
And my point is that in order for one to do that, they need to learn that the reality they have been led to believe is a lie. That comes from without. This is why so many accept the mainstream narrative and reject the truth.
