And I agree, but we're a small team and have to decide where do we put our effort. We could spend 1 year doing things that don't move the needle, but that's not what we think is in our best interest. But again, you're right and it's needed. It'll be there.

And I agree this is necessary, but also that if we don't make this technology matter as soon as possible, nobody will care about downloading a nice PDF with the transactions instead of a raw and ugly CSV file. We want to make it accountant friendly.

And not being pricky in any way, just that don't expect us to be more "key friendly" in the near future, by any means. - just to manage your expectations. But yes, we will improve this as soon as we can dedicate a couple of days to it!

Because doing it properly - our way - requires time and resources. For people interested in this we provide them, but for the general public we rather wait until we can spend a few days building it in a way that's nicer. We don't like to deliver shit.

The problem is not how to get the transactions, but if we want to promote just handing out raw csv files, when our target might not even know how to make sense of them. The issue is not how to get them, but how to build a proper PDF - not a priority today.

Nah, it's fine, people have a right to their records. We provide it through support, although we haven't made it nice so you can download a PDF etc through the app, but we can send you a csv file no problem.
