Actually, I think its primary usage will be to settle differences.

Its an uphill battle but they will have to learn if they wanna get paid! Also, I know enough to guide them through the process. But it limits me to hiring locally as it wouldn't be possible to babysit programmers remotely!

I now realize that hiring others to do specialized software engineering is the only serious option. I'm learning enough to understand what skills are necessary to build the architecture I want so I can hire the right people /organize their deliverables.

I'm really trying! To build the future I wanna see. The learning curve is steep for a muggle non-programmer.

This is the last BTC block. It stands as the worlds most boosted message in cumulative POW, and therefore the one with the most attention. However, it doesn't matter.

A boosted message is one that receives attention regardless if it matters or or not.

POW isn't about making a message matter. Its about attracting attention to something that matters.

Proof Of Work on the other hand demonstrates power. It is excess energy that you are willing to spend to get your message heard without benefiting the other party outside of the benefit of receiving the message itself.

Paying the receiver of the message is the most beta, simpy thing you could possibly do.

@343 @24 The difference between POW and Payment as signals in messages is the bribe. As Payment, the receiver has something to gain by receiving or pretending to receive other than the contents of the message itself. It takes value away from the message.

If you boostPOW a message that doesn't matter to the receiver then its wasted energy, which makes you an idiot. If you boostPOW a message that does matter, then you have demonstrated that the exchange was mutually beneficial.
