I've been using it since it was released. It was...rough...to say the least early on. Things smoothed out a bunch when they basically threw away the custom guts they were writing and just used Chrome(ium) as the foundation and focused on privacy.

I've heard none of the arguments and haven't followed the trial. But if the ruling has large change implications, I always assume it to be weighted in favor of the status quo because judges are assholes.
