If @852 turns evil, anyone could create a new site with all the content, follows, etc intact.

Alternatively, you could also imagine a future where it gets big enough that alternatives pop up, like one only surfacing kid-friendly content or something.

Any time!

I...did not know this. That's friggin' awesome.

Welcome! Perhaps making engaging content here on @852 will get rolled into your online income strategies at some point 🤯

Welcome. I'm still figuring it out as well. But I see a ton of potential here. Surfacing cost/value like this and ending directly in the blockchain is freaking awesome.

I don't know if this is legit, but...I don't use apple products, so it doesn't affect me to much.

But, potential FYI for those with iphones.

Welcome to Twetch @24200!

Thanks! I'll have to take a look at that one.

Also, one a more general note, I'll have to check out your https://stumbleacross.app next time I get to my laptop. I wonder what other cool bsv based apps are out there.

Btw, any recommended dev resources?

I might be a bit too entertained by this, but I think this not-Trump account is friggin' hilarious.😆

Welcome! From one n00b to another✊

That's a great idea!
Semi familiar with crypto. I've followed it loosely since it was ~$2 for BTC, but have only recently paid attention to the applications. Given that I'm a developer, you'd think I'd pay more attention, lest I go the way of the dodo😆

Thanks! Glad to be here.

Lol. Thanks!

And I definitely intend to. I'm getting my bearings, and once I get a feel for things here, I'll be making a video for my odysee channel.

Thanks! It's great to see more blockchain-backed alternatives like this and odysee gaining traction. Recent events will just have more people like myself sniffing around and finding them.

The gif options here just need a smidgen of work.

Something this crowd might find usefule. Gave Odysee(/lbry) a swing & made a vid with my thoughts comparing it to YT & Bitchute from creator perspective. https://odysee.com/@DavidDoesStuff:c/2010-10-25-YouTube-vs-BitChute-vs-Odysee-n00b-first-impressions:b

Can't agree with this enough.

It's like stomping on an ant pile. Might feel like you won in the moment, but a few days later, you'll have like 6 more all over your yard.

This is my first Twetch! Excited to be here as Twitter sinks itself into obscurity 😆
