Kinda sorta. People wanna use NFTs as a selling point. But what about protecting your art? Wanna upload your art to a site like Society 6? Well you better have NFT or it can't be uploaded. Simple as that. No copy/paste MY art and uploading it as YOUR art.

Instagram has a store, but you cant buy a post. If I post a bad ass drawing of a frog and someone wants the image, let there be a quick and user friendly BSV option to download the size you need right then and there! Phone background? Done! 4x6 print? Done

@39568 some further thoughts from our quick chat yesterday.

Every platform wants you to explore their platform. I get it. As an artist, I want someone who's interested in my art to just simply be able to get it! No navigating away from the app, no accounts/registration. Just a BSV payment slider to a download.

That's the competition. Ko-Fi makes you pay monthly to host your art/product. Patreon charges fees per transaction. They work because there aren't better options. They're a middle man. They promote only successful projects because its how THEY make money.

One thought: the process needs to be focused on the buyer's experience, not the artist's. Make it easier for a fan to buy the art in some fashion or another. The art I made is done, saved in a file somewhere. Let me sell a PNG download for cheap, etc.

No, I haven't. I've been looking more and more into NFT's but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
