spend time doing nothing, just screwin around. Maybe listening to music or playing with something, art, who knows what. Relax, do it without taking a drink or any other substance. Practice that and you learn bliss.

❤️❤️❤️

As things get crazier on the outside I get quieter on the inside.

thank you I agree. ❤️

the best short descr of the Great Reset I've seen:

It envisions an authoritarian system where big business acts as a partner with government to exercise monopoly powers to maximize value for “stakeholders,” instead of shareholders.

I hear the words 'Planning Meeting' as people are organizing freedom cells and I CRINGE. Self-organizing would be the principle I'd want to support. Leaders naturally emerge as new systems arise from letting go of the old.

As I react to ignorance or malice these days, I'm changing my approach. I close my eyes and say, "I forgive you." I don't even know or care who I'm forgiving. Maybe it's even me. But it works and removes a blockage in my field.

well put. All bets are off.

Indeed, this disaster has been in the making. More ways than 1.

Tho I don't agree that anything novel has been thrown in the mix, the state of human health is a direct result of what he points to.

zoom out

Self-love and the need for pleasure have an inverse relationship.

Very powerful 8 minute explanation of how happiness comes from within.

the less whole you feel, the more you'll be attached to the need for pleasure. Self-love = Wholeness, the natural state of being.
