My 56 yo neighbor died of pancreatic cancer 3 nights ago. Devastating for her loved ones. I say this not for sympathy, I ddn't know her that well yet feel for her family. I say it because ppl die, and it's alwys sad. These times are no diffrnt than others.

Letting go of something -- a person, place, idea, memory, object, etc. -- that no longer serves your highest good, will bring in big positivity for you. 💯. I know this. It's ok to let go.

I moved some bsv to Bittrex the other day. And while Bittrex does requires 12 conf, it took probably 4 hours for all 12. Does that sound right? Seemed like too long.

i think this is really true- the only thing I would add is it can be helpful to say when you feel the anger "I am really angry right now and need some time" depending on who or what is the other party to your anger, of course.

The only area I feel a need for strictness is when I'm constructing a vision for actualizing. Then I hold that in my awareness and do not compromise. Otherwise, I let it flow.

@3 true and actually for quite some time now but it's becoming so exaagerated it's hard to miss for the casual observer. Unless you're brainwashed and well -- there's a big heap a that out there. :)
