A- with relaxing, it's mostly focused on face massages, steaming, some muscle tension therapy, a bit face scrubbing and at the end the person just feels very nice.
B- There's a bit extraction from the pores, there can be some laser usage which can be a bit painful, overall skin will definitely be cleaner and healthier but you might be red at the end of the day.
