I tried to follow a certain user number (the number is 10 * 16) several nights ago and it repeatedly failed. They just posted and interestingly trying to like or comment on their post yields a "payment not sent" message. something weird going on there.

You could perhaps transmute the twetch? If you added the right comment over a quote of the twetch. the comment would make it clear you don't like the quote any longer and if its good the first like or two would essentially refund the mistaken like

lol. tried to upload avatar for 30min - failed. Same thing happened when I tried to get on Twetch fail after fail my browser didn't work for signup (signed up with chrome) but it did work after sign up. long story I will create avatar soon.
