Day 9. Worked out. Coded for an hour. Wasn't really feeling it today. But, even still, met the goal. Consistently working out and coding every day. Looking forward to a stronger effort tomorrow.

Day 8. Full workout. Coding: spent a few hours going through tutorials on ES6 Classes and object prototypes. Reading 'The Obstacle is the Way'... going to continue reading about Stoic philosophy, perhaps every day as another daily habit.
Day 7. Busy day, so I only did my minimum workout (50 pushups). Good to have a micro-workout that counts toward my goal, since my priority is to consistently work out every day. Coding: worked on my Fitness App (simple JS project) for over an hour.
Day 6. Did my "minimum" workout, basically a warmup and 50 pushups. Better than nothing, and the goal is to workout every day, consistently. Coding: reviewed JS objects, constructors, 'this', and prototypes. Continued working on my Fitness Log app.
Day 5. Another good workout. Lots of coding, re-organized my Fitness Log app. This is my version of 100 Days of Code, except instead of posting to Twitter (what's twitter?), recording my progress on-chain as a real incentive to continue. So far so good 🤙
Day 4. Full workout. Coding: trying to reorganize the JS code for my Fitness Log app. After pushing code to github, I broke/rewrote the code... not too successfully. So far I'm keeping with my goal of working out and coding every day. Consistency first.
Thank you!
Day 3. Woke up early and got my basic workout done before sunrise. Coding: spent about 8 hours working on my Fitness Log app, looks really good. No better way to learn than building something from scratch. Reading "The Obstacle is the Way".
Day 2. Excellent workout. Coding: learned about local and session storage; started building a Workout Log app from scratch. Also watched video training from Jack Davies (nChain) about the Application Layer and Bitcoin, very cool!
I'll call this Day 1. Did full workout. JavaScript Coding: practiced traversing the DOM, event listeners (keyboard and mouse events), event bubbling and delegation; began designing a simple 'fitness log' web application.
Going to start logging my days spent coding and working out, try to get 100 days in a row. Need to code for minimum of an hour. My minimum workout is 50 pushups, strict form (I've got other normal workouts). Do that, and I post it to Twetch.
I'm either coming out of this ten times stronger... or you can carry me out in a body bag.
Tulsi Gabbard has my vote, 100%.
Glad to say that everyone I work with has 14-30 days of emergency supplies ready. Next step: how can we help others? We're in good health; now it's time to think about others who aren't so fortunate.
I'll be selling red "Make America Great Again" masks. Make a statement at the next rally! Also, a special-edition perforated mask for the true believers who know this is a scam.
Hang in there. I had a day like that earlier this week. I need to stop drinking. Tough times are magnified by drinking. I hope tomorrow is a better day, and I hope we can all find our strength.
Good luck!

Today. Calm before the storm. Beginning of the end.
Twetch can be an outstanding source for "on the ground" reporting about the coronavirus. What are you all seeing in your neighborhoods? Can Twetch help us determine valuable information, apart from all of the noise?
My take, and what I'm telling my family and those I work with: "Proactive, not paranoid".
What is your connection to Papua? I'm interested in hearing more. Actually, I wasn't aware of the independence movement for West Papua, so thank you for bringing this to my awareness.
