My mom is a teacher so as I know:
Students' school mobile application requires less internet than other applications and free student SIM cards are given to these students that have free internet to use for this application.
I do not understand this 🤦🏻♀️🙈
But,
In Iran, we all use SIM cards for our smartphones, People also have telephones at home, But most of the new communications are in the form of mobile connection. Rechargeable SIM cards and permanent ones.
Nope in our work area wifi connection is not available or it's so poor, they should connect with SIM card's data network.

Yes I should add 25$ to it then I would be able to buy 6 phones for 6 families, there are 20 families whom need to buy a phone for online classes which needs 1450$ but it's a huge money so just for 6 of them are really poor that 436 would've been ok
