Released some California Valley Quails a few days ago. One disappeared immediately, today SHE walked back into the Man Cave of Her birth, stole some of my bird food, and gaped it again 🐣
Quails can be so ungrateful.

forgot to mention @4 if you ask any pheasant this means China is not into same-sex marriage because unlike a male pheasants conjugal Harem, that Mandarin male looks a bit gay LBH. He is only continuing species loyalty and support, or fidelity
What an egg

....Unless you are a Quail 😁🦇

At mypheasant we don't get named simply for social media.
We simply get to share via social media.
If we get named, we get named at appropriate times, with names that relate to historical names of old (longevity names) that survive long lengths of time

LOL no i don't keep them inside, unless brooder setup in garage or sick bird isolation (warmth) occasionally. Some tame ones wander inside, not the main house just the mancave (studio) and garage

💙 Thank you. when i say Genghis (left 1st born),
what i really mean was,

Genghis 1st born of those two bros 😎
I mean seriously, who would call there very special considered - 1st born - Genghis of all names that would be silly and no maybe unlucky..

LOL thank you Sir. You know as well as i do that reeves pheasants been plotting that display for years.
It is not easy to make you all piss yourself with birds images when they are capable of flying away suddenly, appreciate the $ 🙏

I thought in Mesopotamian belief the 'Divine Twins' Lugalirra and Meslamtaea where viewed as the guardians of the underworld, described as 'guard-gods', who tear out the heart and squeeze the kidneys - chopping dead into pieces. Gemini stars they be named,

son of Zeus, asked Zeus to desired Zeus to make Castor his half brother Immortal like him, so Zeus did, He placed them in the sky, as Immortal twins of Gemini constellation known as -

α Gem - Castor
and
β Gem - Pollux

After them. And that 'Lugalmeslama' referred to 'King of the Meslam-temple'.

And that in Greek Mythology Gemini was associated with Castor & Pollux. Pollux being the half brother - son of Zeus born Immortal.
When mortal Castor died Immortal Pollux

If i am not wrong one brother desired immortality for his other incidentally

I guess it is no surprise to you that the twins of Gemini were shown with horses Sir

So who is really to blame you or me? 🤝

Are you sure?
Read this, it is rather accurate whichever article you choose Sir.

my friend just released 8 reeves a couple of weeks ago
i released more Silvers and Amhersts 🤗😁

I have only ever seen one crow, bigger than that one but in the paddock and couldn't get very near it without it flying away. It was hanging out with some magpies
