Tokens may help with onboarding imho
21million isn’t going to cut it for scale

It’s a great concept (mother/father). I think @24 introduced it as a means of explaining what is needed in bitcoin if it is to really thrive

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Branches are a nice way to earn sats
They sort of also rely on karma I think, or the collective goodwill like boostpow.com does. In a way Boost is an economy, but not really a network.

twetch#3375 5.6y

branches just mean that followers of the people who branched will see your content. Boost is a competition that puts all ideas together all at once. It's much more brutal.

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Im learning more about boostpow.com
The lowest amount you can boost a post for is 0.00000500 sats that’s pretty cool.

Anyone here uploaded content before

I see a lot of good articles by @24 of course

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Some of the most prolific fathers on twetch have the highest number of branches and I want to exceed them. 1001 branches is not easy to get alone. Neither is a high ranking on boostpow.com i imagine.

Thank you, please become a user. Boost is for people who want to be prolific fathers of ideas. Do you not want to be a prolific father? I'm sorry but good ideas are what we need more than anything, please try to be a prolific father.

I’m ok with contributing to boostpow.com for great ideas and will when and as I find them. Right now I’m trying to learn about profiting from branches on @852 so I can be more generous

twetch#3375 5.6y

You don't need to find a great idea, you just boost EVERY idea to its appropriate rank.

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Does the user of boostpow.com earn a portion of another users boost level for their (original) content?!

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

When I find great ideas I can Boost them, that’s the thing though finding those great ideas is tough!

Since these tokens are using the SV blockchain, their underlying architecture is all the same - right? The only differences are quantity and name/title , who minted them and maybe a couple other aspects. I’m guessing theyre minted via Moneybutton / Fabriik

👀 same. Out of all the Bitcoin realms @24 ‘s art and work on boost are to me the most interesting and valuable. What other projects tackle bitcoin so well? I am not a boost user but see the technology as impressive.

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

some of the appeal of the coin is in its reputation- like dogecoin. Not sure how it was made or the economy surrounding it.

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Gotchya. Are they interoperable? Probably not, why would they be. Very cool. Definitely not with ETH also one could see the use case esp in the world of NFT projects.

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

As a general thesis, coins help to specialize within bitcoin and also to diversify, right? @255 was asked this in his Coingeek interview - what can the average person look to get from ownership of these tokens? I’m all for it just wanting to learn more

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

Great comparison

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

I don’t think coinbase has caught up to this market yet

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

I want a Beeple NFT
let’s see them on bitcoin(sv)

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

What’s different between bitcoin and money transmitters?

twetch#725 5.6y

Hester Pierce doesnt think Satoshi violated the securitues laws.

Satoshi was anonymous in part becauae he violated the securities laws.

She is top regulator.

I expect many top regulators to embrace crimes like the creation of bitcoin

192wMM…eEeq Key · twetch

I’m curious too maybe @5989 can add some insights.

twetch#12203 5.7y

BSV is more likely to ever go to $100k than BTC.

In BSV, nodes enforce Bitcoin. In BTC and BCH, nodes vote for changes to Bitcoin.

BitcoinSV is a very exciting development, it might lead to a world currency. I think over the next decade it will grow to become one of the most important ways to pay for things and transfer assets.”

but there is, literally, at this moment no competition. we need three equivalent nodes minimum to have real competition - we clearly do not right now.

what you’re describing is quite the conundrum

This gonna be good
