dude I'm again using BSV only because of twetch at the moment
I don't give a shit about it in other capacity, but thought that wow trying out the huuuuuge (/s) amounts of other shit on bsv would be interesting, but creating yet another bloody wallet [1/2]

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

202...3? and implementation date will be... 2025?
dude I'm sorry but I'm not waiting bloody years just to try out some shit on a chain that only gets used by me because of twetch and some data storage in the future lmfao

If BSV goes over $2,000 in the next 2 months I will give everyone that retweets / branches this $1,000

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

no, really, can someone tell me why it's like this? im genuinely fucking dumbfounded why there isn't a standard for this

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

there's like a thousand different "platform" bsv wallets and I hate it

I want to try out some shit on BSV but some require handcash, some relayx, twetch has their own, tf I'm I supposed to do, juggle around my BSV each time?
why isnt it standardised

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

transfered some bsv out of my relayx to twetch, now I can only use the wallet that has actually gave me an egg lmfaoooo
fun fact: I now own NFTs on both BCH and BSV, and I haven't paid a cent for them in both cases. (well outside of posting on twetch...)

Hello!
I've wrote a critical analisys of VIP Levels present on Audius.

I think this might be the most critical piece I've done about Audius so far.

read.cash Audius VIP Levels: Just a hat or a P2W advantage? — @Mr.Korrupto on read.cash Audius VIP Levels: Just a hat or a P2W advantage? Recently, Audius has relased a new feature: VIP levels. So. What was their effect so far? What do they grant exactly? What are the plans of the…

twetchdat addiction grows.
im pretty convinced this is the only reason that keeps me attached to twetch.app
twetchdat leaderboards when btw

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

oh indeed, in the meanwhile I'm gonna order myself an emergency rope... just in case

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

look I want NFTs that somehow work nicely and yet are free from the hell of IPFS being unreliable in the long term. and by the pope, trying to achieve that seems impossible. gonna see if supernova's theory works out... wEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

Do I have an answer for you: no. As far as I know, obviously. But no. But as far as I've seen it, BSV doesn't look any better since there's a thousand different token standards, relayX has one? There was some corporate thing for tokens, and smart contracts

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

You're asking if ANYONE would touch this mess of a hacked in token protocol because OP_GROUP got nowhere, that a LOAD of people want to be replaced with a native solution, and add support for b:// links? Just because some tard wants to use BSV on BCH?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

All of this bullshit just to have an NFT be independent of a corporation going under... jesus motherfucking christ.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

If I understand this somehow correctly, if I set the primary seed as the link, it should basically work as a straight redirect?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

today I have learned that trying to have close-to-immortal NFTs amounts to SIGNIFICANT amounts of general bullshit. my lord...

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

While I wouldn't exactly go calling BSV Bitcoin... you have a point, considering that BSV imho focuses on data storage primarly recently, some way to have it directly interface with IPFS would be nice for permanent, immutable data storage for NFTs and such

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

But, in the end I rely on hosting the raw tx hex somewhere, which isn't quite the solution. Unless, is it possible to take an embedded version/direct dl URL to the bitcoin file AND have an IPFS link that simply acts like a redirect? Or just some way [1/2]

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

to have bitcoin files act to the user agent as an IPFS gateway? [2/2}

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

SLP allows for both on chain AND off chain (using IPFS), buuuuut the on chain limit is low as shit, so I ignore it. In the end, IPFS is my only "proper" option.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

Oooo, that's a trope. How would I go about doing so? I'm a bit of an IPFS noob, but I'm trying to take advantage of the stuff that's out there to have close-to-permanent file hosting for NFTs.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

Few 5-7 MB MP3 320s, with expansion over time. While I cannot link directly on SLP to BSV per spec, I can link to IPFS. Which is why I wanted to somehow wrap bitcoinfiles.org as IPFS pins. In case you ask: I wanna use BCH, but I see value in BSV for files.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

@24 ? I wanna try doing this for a thing, as normally IPFS can fail if the company hosting the file shuts down. I wanted to do this on BCH, but there isn't an option for "huge" files yet, so BSV it is. But, I sadly need to make it appear as IPFS. Anything?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

I looked at it and sure enough, Genesis and initial split are there. But, I can't find ANYTHING abotu Quasar in the releases on the github. Where else should I dig to see what has changed in Quasar?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

Another question to bsvers: Is it possible to wrap bitcoinfiles.org uploaded files as IPFS read only pins? I tried looking around into the docs and such, and I haven't seen anything about that. Would appreciate some help with that. @292 @4

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

@292 ?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

question to bsvers: is there a list of consensus changes between the network upgrades like genesis, initial hf etc?

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

Using twetchdat is quite addicting.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

I have sinned. Purchasing dark mode was a good decision. I'm more questioning why it's locked behind a paywall, but eh.

18YMM2…MjZA Key · twetch

if anyone that is much deeper into the BSV iceberg would like to actually reply and tell me why paying over 400$ for a gigabyte, when I can pay less than a % of that with IPFS, is a good idea, feel free to do so!
