Lowering the retirement age to compensate for automation eliminating jobs. If jobs ever become less available let the older folks retire earlier so the youth may be the ones working.
Introduce UBI slowly by lowering retirement age as required.

I earn monthly 5.326.277 Bolivares about $2.50 at the current exchange rate, I have literally earned more here today than I did at my job in 6 months, I know it sounds incredible but it is real.
I get it. But what is the point of destroying the value of a currency you amassed other than to watch the world burn. Unless you do so at the climax of automation and ingenuity so you no longer require simple plebs to power an economy.
