Where are you based?
There is a natural stream closeby that I can collect water from, and filter it at home. Actually, I might start doing that for real.
ya but its not just a byproduct its added...
I also believe underground water systems have been. purposefully poisoned in some areas. Sri Lanka for example, perhaps India and some parts of Africa.
None of this is by accident.
I take kelp supplements, so 325mg daily of natural iodine
I think it's really time for me to move away from here 😩 My thyroid issues are just the tip of the iceberg of health issues I've had to deal with the past few years..
Its been my research obsession for the past few weeks. I think its time to move to Europe tbh/.
wow youre doing really well! What a shame that all of this is necessary though right? At least you have the upper hand on the rest of society....
Can you share some tips?
I am trying my best to decrease my intake but there is no 100% filter as well as 0 selection of bottled water available without it. Minimum I can find for a bottle is 0.33mg/l 😪
Filters say 88% + but also levels here are above 0.8
Its dispicable that some higher power thinks its ok to poison and continue poisoning our water supply. I dont think theres any way to 100% avoid it tbh. When youre brushing your teeth I imagine youre using unfiltered tap water too?
Is it possible to reverse the damage of fluoride? hmm.
yes.. everyone should be using fluoride free toothpaste
If you live in a country that adds fluoride (toxic chemical/poison!) to your water supply, best start searching for a good fluoride filter.
Your body will thank you later.
Also, most bottled water contains horrendous amounts of added fluoride.
Most of Europe does NOT inflict forced-fluoridation on its population. Fluoridation is banned in China.
Due to lack of studies and totalitarian governments worldwide, most people have no idea that their thyroid issues are directly related to fluoride in their drinking water and food sources

How common is hypothyroidism?
About 4.6 percent of the U.S. population ages 12 and older has hypothyroidism, although most cases are mild.1 That’s almost 5 people out of 100.
Today, the expansion of fluoridation in Brazil is a governmental priority.
The acceptance of the benefits of water fluoridation occurred in Australia in December 1953, roughly two years after acceptance in the United States.
This seems like more of an epidemic to me rather than some bullshit virus don't you think? Shouldn't professionals be investigating the damaging effects of fluoride in our water supply?
In a population-sample of women in Rio de Janeiro, the prevalence of hypothyroidism was 12.3%, including overt and subclinical disease

I think tap water should be filtered for drinking no matter where you are from, but if you dont need to shower with chemicals or brush your teeth with chemicals that would be better...
In Australia, around two in every 100 women will experience some degree of hyperthyroidism

Hypo** thyroidism
LOL
Fluoride Was Once Prescribed as an Anti-Thyroid Drug, ie to treat HyperThyroidism (overactive thyroid)
So imagine what high doses (toothpaste, water, food supply) do to people with underactive or regular thyroid function.
