To be clear… the little is sick today. We’d planned to go sledding in the snow but..
Finally got the Switch hooked up to the big tv… family game-day with the monster, exploring games from our childhood. NES Startropics is just as difficult as I remember 🤣🤙.
I’m down. Got on but, no one else is using it as of yet.

I believe it depends on the exchange. Some have taken less than an hour, others have taken a couple hours.
Ultima Online got me hooked to the MMO “scene”. Sure, I’d played MUDDs for years before but, this was different. Years before RuneScape was ever released, UO was the place to be. Here’s an article from 1998 😳

Still remember doing Airblaster’s “Board Games” comp. at Ski Bowl years back. The 15’ high triple-spine was epic to ride on.
Watched a portion of this being filmed… even tried to hit the gnarly hip at Ski Bowl. So awesome. No wonder one of my knees and shoulder are jacked up like they are.
Oh hell yeah. POP was/still is one of the best.
That era of riding pushed progression so hard for many years. The younger riders are getting crazy but, the time that these were filmed… I was still a snow-bum. Great memories.
I remember riding with Joni Malmi. He worked at Ski Bowl (Mt. Hood) for his visa. I was park crew assistant manager. The things he built in the back country were epic. Riding with those guys pushed me to get better.
An “older” snowboard movie. Some of these rider are still “pro” status. The vast majority have moved into team manager / positions for the companies they used to ride for.
I miss these days…
