Intellectual Property is an imaginary right created and enforced by the state under threat of violence. In a free world or a stateless society, what natural rights remain for creators? How should these people structure their businesses?

The state is tyranny in action!
Government is cold, #calculated and #dishonest by nature.
Every politician claims the privilage to violate the rights of others when they take positions of power, and join the ruling class. Are you still voting?
And why my family doesn't fly.

Sounds like you theorize that the astronauts hoisted the lunar rover up, shuffled it into frame, and delicately placed it upon the lunar surface.
All that's being "pruned" is a hash of a hash that contains a hash of the artwork. Theoretically, the hash of the artwork is still verifiable and could still establish ownership.
Is that true?
A definition of insanity is to do something over & over expecting a different result. We've been voting for hundreds of years. You're still voting?
Yeah. I couldn't have said it better.
Thanks
This point can't be stressed enough.
There cannot be any kind of unity if some people claim the privilege to violate rights of others.
Unity means free people choosing cooperation because it serves them.
Coercion and unity don't go together.
Your being forced to participate and you cannot flee. There are authortarians everywhere. The best you can hope for by running is to find a less cruel master.
Instead, I chose to persue freedom where I am through conversations just like this.
I heard Roger Ver on the interview on the Digital Cash Network. He did not give his username so I cannot vouch for @17206 but maybe.
A voluntary unity is a great thing. A coercive unity is a bad thing leads to the destruction of that unity.,
"Under the guidance of the Reich, Europe would speedily have become unified. Once the Jewish poison had been eradicated, unification would have been an easy matter."
The Testament of Adolf Hitler (1945)
It is a mistake not to make a distinction between the two. It's bigger mistake to turn a blind eye to a long history of men in positions of power leading submissive people into massive crimes against humanity & presumtious to think it cannot happen again.
All crimes are mistakes. I think you are affraid of something like that happening here. And i dont think that will happen ever.
The whole statement was flawed. True unity cannot be coerced even with the genocide of the Jewish people.
Isn't the real problem that the Germans chose the lesser of two evils (socialist vs communists) and put a madman in a position of ultimate authority. Then the followed his "legal" commands.
Sounds good for a clear majority, but thats not the condition the Jewish people were in.
Are you suggesting the Jews should have fled, and that Germans made a "mistake"? Not a crime against humanity, just a mistake?
I guess you have to live in a place where you agree with the majority of the people that live there. That way you can live your best life.
"I said majority rules."
That's usually a metaphore for voting.
So would you characterize what the Germans did to the Jewish people a "mistake"?
Are you asking about the income gap?
The Germans had a republic like the US government so they voted to do those things. I thought you said voting takes care of the immorality of those issues.
It sounds like you are saying slavery was moral.
also i believe that majority rules. And voting solves that.
It sounds like you believe it is moral to steal and kill as long as most people will vote to make it so. Can you then criticize the German government that stole money and other property from the Jewish people belfore legally killing them?
Why do you think so @2 ? Do you think that is a result of the coming hard fork? What change has occured that would drive it out of the top ten. I am not heavily in BCH but every so often I think that may be a mistake.
I agree Thomas. The fact that they are faster and more affordable than not just Bitcoin but Etherium as well.
I thought that ETH might once be might cause the flippening, Now I think it will be something much faster and infinitly cheaper. I don't see it yet, but I have my eye out for it.

Even the rich are not "free" to leave California.
You only have to move is you cannot be safe or free. People change neighborhoods all the time because they are not safe or free.
Their fleeing cities now.
I am sure you do, but it looks a lot like the "wild west" you fear. Doesn't it?
What if those business, instead of depending on LEO, instead hired protection to guard their business?
We know that businesses that provided their own protection did better.
