Bittrex is a US based exchange, allows fiat onramp and offramp after satisfying KYC (know your customer requirements) offers a direct bsv/usd pairs.

Or a person could use coinbase to buy an altcoin such as "BTC" and then send to another exchange for BSV

I have heard that US based customers are getting hit with "cash advance fee" and "foreign transaction fee" on top of the fee associated with this particular website service.

Can someone confirm?
