Ok. Make me an offer I can't refuse.
Also, the foundations of Twetch are actually pretty solid. It's not the features which are problematic, but the culture. IOW, there's still hope for the platform.

I would not expect anything about the platform to change...
Otherwise, someone would need to do a good deal of work surrounding this to make it a success. It's not the sort of thing that will survive without tending. Not here.
Maybe tools have gotten better than they used to be, then.
I think the 'vibes' thing is largely in people's head, but who knows. All sorts of subtle things happen in our brains where music is concerned.
Then I'd ask what is the relevance to my post.
Hmm. I'll think on that. It wouldn't be something I lead, that's for sure. My time and energy are stretched quite thin already.
Right now though, it's extremely late, so I'm not in a good spot to give good thoughts on this sort of thing.
Hmm. Perhaps, though I would think there would be more audio problems if that were the case.
Regarding downloading the videos, I suppose that's an option, though it's not something I typically do (for various reasons)...
No need to take my word for it. Look at the user profiles, and the formatting of your twetch. Bots looking for handouts.
Otherwise, I thought our conversation was done...?
Don't let me forget about this though... Feel free to send me a DM to discuss this as a possibility.
I believe I answered best in the other thread, but I'll take this opportunity to say it's extremely late here, and I need to go to bed, but I look forward to continuing this conversation soon (hopefully tomorrow.)
Thank you for your time so far!
I'm not too concerned about people being here for money or being influencers. Bots are problematic, but not really avoidable.
More, I'm looking for a good place where I can consume interesting and informative content that I find valuable.
Now I'm curious what technique they used for the conversion (and whether the Youtube algorithms altered it at all.)
And yes, ads in the middle of classical music is sacrilege.
Right now, Twetch is overwhelmingly shitposting, and that just isn't interesting or valuable to me, and it's certainly not informative...
I can at least understand that, even if it doesn't draw me in.
Do you enjoy watching poker, or is it just playing that interests you?
I think it was ridiculous from the first post in this thread lol...
Regardless, I respect that you chose to end this conversation with kind words. I thank you, too, for your time.
Nawh, I don't care one bit about him.
And, he made it ridiculous. He could have set the topic of conversation and we could have had a valuable, interesting conversation. He chose not to, repeatedly.
I'd guess the 432hz thing is about how the piano is tuned (if you were saying you don't know what that's about.)
I am enjoying it, btw. Although, Youtube's ads are very invasive...
I've played, but never felt a draw towards it.
For you is it more about the statistics and probabilities, or the more human elements of reading people, bluffing, etc?
Or is it about the combination of all of it?
I think that's a very oversimplified platitude at best.
People, events, and ideas are all important.
Oddly enough, The Expanse (books, not show,) are great at exploring the issues behind why this is. Thematically, they touch on all of it.
I've given you four opportunities now to not waste your time.
Also, look above. We're talking on a thread that you started, with implications against me as a major aspect of the post.
What, exactly, did you expect to have happen?
You don't actually think I'm only just now seeing this, do you?
You forget, I'm not playing your game. I'm playing my game. And you have continued to participate in it, regardless of your apathy.
I don't know exactly what should happen here. I know something that must, in general, change.
And no, you didn't "get almost a hundred people" to listen to what I have to say. Look into those who commented/branched. The vast majority are bots.
I think what's really happening here is, you are tired of talking to me but don't want to be the one to end the conversation.
As a result, you just keep repeating yourself, while I continue replying.
You should really just say what you want.
No wonder your participation in this conversation has been so aimless and circular.
The simplest solution now, though, is to just say you want to end this conversation.
You can even be polite and say, "Thank you for your time," or some other nicety if you wish.
You are a poor listener.
The very act of observing changes you. This is the whole point behind things like meditation, which I'd guess is something you expect I don't have in mind and have to "think bigger" about, though I am merely inferring here.
For someone who claims to be good at connecting people, you sure are a fan of rejecting opportunities to connect with people.
Quit deflecting. It undermines the narrative you have built that I'm merely complaining and mumbling.
Every day :)
Thanks!
On this topic, there's little to do but to criticize. I have extremely minimal control over the problem, and it is a problem whether you call it one or not.
If you'd like to talk about something else, I'm game.
Do you like photography?
Creating a false dichotomy now, huh?
Sorry, reality doesn't work on your terms.
As for "useless noises," I've tried several times to redirect this conversation towards more valuable things. You have rejected those attempts, not me.
You don't have to trust my intentions to have a good conversation.
Also, that's an older meme, but it checks out. I was always a fan of the skeptical hippo.
