The judge will have to compel him to sign a message from the court. That's about the only way this will be resolved. CSW won't sign/move unless the court tells him he has too. All the 'evidence & witnesses' both sides put forward or try to debunk just becomes a grey mess of which the judge could give a neutral verdict that doesn't favor either side completely. CSW retains his ownership of IP but COPA also gets to claim the court never crowned him Satoshi. It all depends if CSW sees this as the last battle or if he's prepared for another 10 years of development to prove everyone wrong via POW. Doubt CAAL is going to hang on much longer thou so hopefully CSW realises this is it.
