It appears possible that my account (and probably any other account I make) is being targeted for exile. Thought policed.
Blocking doesn't seem to work for other users who get blocked, as it does for myself.
Killer Toad may be a special account (That has exile abilities) or my accounts may simply be given special treatment, both this one, and sockpuppets once recognized.
