Whenever I purchase BSV I feel like it's a "f*#k you" to the corruption and propaganda machine. I'm sick of all the mainstream lies. US election steal was the last straw. Humanity needs one transparent record of information.
Pan seared chicken breasts.
Pre heat oven to 350
Season with salt pepper
Let your pan get hot
Add oil w high smoke point
Let oil heat up it will start to shimmer
Sear top side of chicken until golden brown (2-3) minutes
Turn chicken over put into oven for 30/35 min
Take it out be careful
Put pan on burner on mid-low heat
Add butter and thyme to pan and baste for 2 minutes
Remove rest for 2 min
Enjoy!
