Good question. I tend to think I also suck, that makes it more bearable.
The 1 MB block cap in #BTC renders it as virtually PoS if you think about it. Only the ones who have coins and are able to mine while being profitable are the ones that benefit from high fees and slower transactions. They can always pay the fee to dump it.
