People above me did this to you. I had no control over how it was investigated. I want you to know that I cared. I am being moved to another police force\".\r\nI had discovered that Dr Michael Tettenborn held the role of Designated Doctor for Child Safety and his services were used by the police Child Protection Unit who had previously, simultaneously, placed an officer on a team allegedly investigating the abuse and asphxiation of our daughter after being given an overdose of an unlicensed drug. This overdose was because the GP had prescribed a drug in the dosage of another drug and this was dispensed and only spotted by a nurse afterwards. Although the GP was made aware 6 days before the death and amended GP records, the GP did not attend our house to alter the dispensing label nor did the GP arrange for the bottle to be removed. Still awaiting a drug chart from the GP, nurses drew up charts that were never checked or signed off by a GP. The night our daughter was overdosed, a new chart was in use which was carelessly written and this mirrored the prescription error, and this led to Elizabeth's death.\r\nHampshire Police never took a witness statement from me or my husband during their investigation.\r\nThere was a very short inquest which was a cover up, not article 2, no jury and we discovered that the coroner was a solicitor in Children's Law and the assistant coroner too.\r\nI discovered that Dr Tettenborn had been warned of safety issues in our daughter's care and had ignored them. He also turned up at A & E and took us to his car with Elizabeth's body and drove us home. \r\nAfter finding the police officer and asking for help regarding the death of my baby and what I believed was the cover-up of that death, I was arrested.\r\nI was wearing summer clothes. I was taken under arrest out of area, despite informing the officers I was innocent of the crime. I was then left in a holding area for over an hour and told that 7 people were ahead of me and I could not have water but would be able to make a call later which I was never allowed to despite it being my right under PACE 1984. When I was finally taken through to the custody desk, I was screamed at whilst suited officers laughed at me. The ties on my skirt were cut off and then I was led down the corridor, every cell was open and empty.\r\nI believe I had been deliberately delayed so senior officers from Hampshire Police could arrive and stand laughing as I was brought in.\r\nI was taken to an open cell, stripped to my bra and knickers, and searched. A female officer groped my body, including my chest, while a male officer watched.\r\nDesperate to use the toilet because of stress, I was then watched by the same male officer while using it, with the cell door left open.\r\nThis is what happened after I asked for help and answers about my baby's death. A\r\nCover up. I later received a payout for the unlawful arrest but only because someone witnessed it and used their phone to record all the communication during my arrest. \r\nMy daughter\u2019s death is still covered up. Dr Kirkup informed us he would not sweep the truth under the carpet, told us when we were introduced, that it would be enormously helpful if we handed over all our evidence and then said we could not be witnesses in his investigation in order to keep it independent of us. We never saw the report before publication and afterwards we were told that Dr Kirkup had editorial choice to write what he wanted in a public report and it was made clear to us that it had not been in the public interest to write the truth. Donna Ockenden relayed a message to us that Dr Kirkup had done his tasking\u2019",
