Something to note,
transactions on ANNE are clear, 
they are not hidden like monero or pirate chain
However
the data is private
ANNE has ANTOR which is encrypted torrent like file share, 
PDN's which are Private Data Neurons
Streampay which are L1 immutable scheduled payments, where funds can be locked in a keyless neuron (technically not in your possession)
Lockbox, lock coins L1 get them back at specified block (similar to streampay but known lockbox accounts that handle all)
and coming in Ghost-Net upgrade
ANNE Calls, which uses webrtc but also uses the network to encrypt the signalling handshake, so the outside world see nothing,
hidden hosting 
and Ghost Tabs and Ghost coupons
Tabs are OFF chain transactions between involved parties, similar to payment channels,
Coupons, the private key is locked and never seen, the coupon can be passed around till claimed, like a note.

A few other privacy things are also possible and may come in future but have not been a priority, lots of this is made possible due to ANNE having Keyless neurons, which are keyless accounts that nobody controls, 
If you lock your funds in a streampay keyless neuron, it can never be undone the schedule plays out, that's it (there is also another option at setup for owner controlled accounts to fund the streampay)
