A quick update 

I filled out the contact form on the BSVA website over the weekend (hassle having to do a captcha to send) 

There was no auto email reply reassuring me that contact had been successful 

A couple of days later and no email reply from BSVA or an acknowledgement of my contact

I could have been an important customer, exchange, government or anyone needing to contact BSVA 

I've posted on the BSVA discord about this
