I'm open to the Flat Earth discussion in the context of something like each individual's conscious perception maybe being a unique path through a metaverse (physics meets metaphysics kind of thing)...

What I find frustrating is factual claims about the material world being made which when challenged are simply replaced with ad hominem or another factual claim which when challenged... [rinse & repeat]

Like pinning jelly to the wall.
(i.e. waste of life.)

Unlike Science (not 'The Science' 👀) - which can mathematically argue various things like orbital mechanics & the Einstein correction of GPS satellites from logical axioms, in an internally consistent way.

So I'll start with this old chestnut:

Some (I don't know if you?) claim atmospheric pressure could not exist against the vacuum of space, any more than could a submarine without hard walls to keep out the sea. Then, when I ask for their explanation of a kettle boiling at 60C halfway up a mountain, they just move on..

And so do I.

As you may see from my bio, I'm not averse to being 'a fool for Christ'. But I've not been given life just to to waste it on foolishness & shadow boxing for its own sake, unreality, divide & rule disinfo or whatever.

Bless u fella & I hope you see this post for what it is: exasperation with the message, not an attack on the messenger.
