Yes the ANNE network is a whole ecosystem, a new way to do internet, and probably the closest thing to TBL web 3.0 (not "web3" marketing) as data is stored semantically

There is a LOT to take in and MANY moving parts, 
some are off-chain, and free to use, just require that you exist in the hypergraph (onboarded acct with alias/ID type set)
