So I post a message from Telegram it gets added to Bitcoin.  Others can reply to the message and then it is shown here on Telegram as a reply.

When one follows a user they are following a address.  When one is following a feed they are following a tag.  So if one is only following a user it is much easier to search the address and go through the index. 

Is it possible to connect Telegram to Handcash so that costs of posts are deducted from a balance.
