You can't build something viral in an isolation tank.  That was one of the mistakes of POWco -- they thought the costly signal was enough.  No the costly signal is not enough.  You still have to teach/market the idea of a costly signal.  Sure, one day the costly signal will market itself; till then, you must get out there to teach as many as possible about hodlocker
