There are no truly friendly end-user wallets for BSV. There are legacy wallets which will stop working at some point, and many already have, and there are BRC100 wallets with are still mostly in the dog-fooding stage with the rest of the modern infrastructure. It's coming along nicely, but it's not all there yet. Yours Wallet (https://yours.org) is getting there, but is still clunky.
