There is an extensive API and they also can use 1Schema off chain locally, and build their own worldview hypergraph. 
These are what we call ghost neurons, in since day one but we use these ghost neurons to do a few of the new features hence "ghost-net"
such as ghost tabs, which are off chain tx, like payment channels, only the involved parties see the tx, the nodes involved create ghost neurons to keep record of tab transactions.

ANNE is ready for LLMs, or NLP, but some work will be needed, for an LLM, i would assume the LLM could use the ANNE hypergraph which it can query locally to use as a base source of truth, which you could also have your own ghost hypergraph to use.

It is possible to pull all public data into ANNE.
