It isn't marketing, it's direct links to the song on the six biggest music stores. Provided by the distributor, LANDR. Not everyone uses Spotify, like me I use YouTube Music. The browsers i use(Brave, Safari, Aloha) seem to hide the cookie notices so i forget they're there, i guess they just approve them automatically lol.
