BRC100 wallets will be around in 2030, but cold storage without cold UTXO storage, may not work reliably on any wallet. You must presume that somebody will continue to find it worth-while to keep a multi-terabyte index to lookup UTXOs by address, when address re-use (and even use at all) may become a diminishing reality. I'm sure someone will for several years, but maybe not 20 years in the future.
