If hearing someone talk about BSV or spinning theories about flat Earth makes you hesitate, that’s your filter doing its job.
Some people need everything neatly pre-approved, polished, and socially safe before they even look twice at a digital commodity. Others just look at the tech, the rails, the reality of what’s being built and what can actually scale.
BSV doesn’t ask for belief in side quests. It either works for what it is or it doesn’t. The rest is noise layered on top of signal.
So if you bounce off because of what someone says in a rant, a meme, or a half-baked theory floating around the internet… fine. Walk away.
The chain doesn’t flinch. The ledger doesn’t care. The protocol keeps going.
And if you miss it because of the commentary around it?
That’s not its problem.
That’s just the cost of not looking past the surface.
